Please follow these steps

1. To compose your own email with this template, You have to have HTML format activated in you e-mail client to use this e-mail template!

2. Chose "file" menu from your internet explorer and select "send page as email" (if the menu bar is hidden, press "alt" key to show it)

3. A new window will open where you can compose an email

4. Select this text and replace it by pasting your own contents here

5. Enter the addresses of the intended recipients

6. Send your email
